“Went in with my phone as it was hacked. Came out with a new phone as planned. Both Michael and Adam were amazing to work with. Answer all my questions with patience and support. They were two fine gentlemen. Very helpful”

“Today I arrived at this store about 10am. Had a little wait as a customer was being helped and afterwards was greeted by both Logan and Benjamin. I had an issue with my screen on my iPhone 16. Logan and Benjamin gave me best options that would work for me. They both did an outstanding job Great customer service and they were truthfully honest in all my options that I could add to my iPhone. I appreciate the service that both of them gave me today. I will be making this my main store because of what they did for me today! God bless,
Jeffrey Entgelmeier”
“Eric was so polite and very helpful. I would recommend everyone to select Spectrum cell. I have never had a bad experience with them. Love the Austin, MN. Spectrum office & store.”
