We broke out of town in mid of night on the way to South Dakota. I was taking my hubby on trip, he got cancer few months ago . Jeremy and Logan went above and behind to get to is quickly, get us in hotel and fix our car ,get us back on the road. In my 60 years I never had this quality, professional curtesy, care as they provide us. Thank you for help that we can have our dream trip continue. We will never forget you.

Blew a 2nd tire of the trip in our RV on a Sunday afternoon when almost everywhere was closed. Happened upon Otomos and was so relieved to hear they had our tires in stock and would meet us at the shop! They were waiting for our arrival and able to get us back on the road with 2 new tires at a very reasonable rate in record timing. Nice guys, clean shop, outstanding service. Can't recommend them enough! Thank you!!

Got hit by a drunk driver these guys were awesome in helping me get to the tow yard safely and helped me get back on the road to get home for insurance to come look at my trailer I’d suggest these guys for sure if I’m ever in that neck of the woods

Reviewing the Repair aspect of Otomo’s: New to town I picked this shop based on customer reviews, service window availability and proximity to my home - I was not disappointed! Jeremy is both a skilled and empathetic mechanic. Was transparent, fair and supportive and got me squared away after multiple places in Minneapolis had given me the run around. Would certainly recommend and use again!

The customer service is beyond the 5 stars also the work they do is also above the the 5 stars that is given. They truly are amazing and they dont treat you like a paying customer they treat you like family. Highly recommend

Fantastic service! The person on the phone was courteous and informative. The pricing was cheaper than another local option, and the driver, Jay, was very polite during the 40 mile ride to the service center. Highly recommend.

My Axel broke on a trip on Sunday at 8pm. This shop was the only one in the area that offered to come in, took a look at the car, recommended a place for us to stay, and fixed it promptly the next day. The best service ever! Thank you all so much and special thanks to Jeremy!

Otomo’s Auto Towing & Repair is by far one of the best towing companies in southern Minnesota. I can’t explain enough how grateful I am for their services. They were able to save me thousands of dollars on a tow and an engine swap on my 2017 Cadillac. Logan the owner runs a great operation that you can trust and don’t have to worry about being screwed over. Thx Otomo crew !!?
