Easy access, little confusion about unit # resolved with a phone call. Could not find padlock tho that was supposed to be provided.

Took over 3 gate codes and I still never received access to my unit. Also terminated my lease without my consent to do so instead of trying to fix the code issue. They took one issue and turned it into another issue which was not taken care of in a timely manner in my eyes. Very disappointed.

Not a good experience. I literally purchased the storage unit today an the customer service lady must’ve given me the wrong permanent & temporary password . I literally have a load of furniture in the back of my truck because I couldn’t get gate access to get in before 10pm . Definitely need a just in case phone number or actually put an onsite person till the end of day .

Easily rented a unit from across the country. Everything was set up upon my arrival to unpack my uhaul on my time. Rental specials were excellent and the customer service representatives were friendly and knowledgeable. I'd do business with them again and would definitely recommend.
