Definitely disheartening when the manager John from Virgils (out of Rochester) is not honest about time frames and you have a company to take care of yourself. It took an hour to get to the driver to get a vehicle jumped. John said it would take 30 minutes. Come to find out Virgils bought S & S Towing and they no longer have drivers in Austin, the closest tow truck they have is in LeRoy. If you need immediate assistance, please save yourself time and call another company.

I hit a deer and they were beyond helpful. I've needed to go there to remove things from the car, and they are always pleasant to speak to. Highly recommend!

Had a battery die at Kwik Trip, tow truck pulled in and offered his assistance and jump pack which was able to start my diesel truck...thanks again for the great service

I left my keys in my unlocked van with my dog. My dog must've hit the lock button.....s and s (Ron) saved me in the Walmart parking lot on a cold day with two toddlers. He showed up very quickly. I am so grateful.

To be honest . I just go there for the soda machine mostly . It's the last one in town , I do believe . Close to my house , and I'm trying to cut back on my soda intake , but sometimes you need a caffeinated beverage , and you don't want to deal with those freaks that go to Kwik Trip late nights . They've done some towing for me back in the day . Spot on . Top shelf organization they got going there . Hope you got that soda machine running again though . Might be tryin to get one tonight probably .

My car has issues and when I called S&S Towing, the driver they sent out was amazing! He took care of my car, he knew what he was doing, and he didn't charge me an arm and a leg! Will definitely recommend this company and if I ever need a tow again, my new go-to Guys!
