You have to know the right questions to ask for your situation.needs some improvement on connecting with clients.although I think staff caress in certain instances it seems as if staff seems overwhelmed.funds are never available until recently.experiences are different for everyone.i just encourage those who are in need of help,have lots of patience and turn in all paperwork directed by staff.also those who are in need of assist,make sure you have other avenues as funds runs out quickly.

I’m very thankful for Semcac and even more so that the staff in Austin are their to help and not downplay you’re situation. Every person is battling their own issues and one never knows what could make that worse, so always be kind to others and appreciate the times you receive that in return.

When I was there only people working there and the one you are there to see sometimes comes late. Why can't these people be on time there wasting other people's time that are there for help that come on time. Semcac needs to do a lot more help then helping with rent or heating to help people.
