The Pet Authority is a friendly business with great customer service. Staff are very willing to help, compassionate, and lovely to work with. They offer unique items like the cutest dog cakes, but inventory for other things, especially dog food, is limited. Their grooming service is excellent, with patient and skilled groomers who listen carefully. Prices are comparable to other pet stores, and they support the community through donations.

I love it because they make the cutest dog cakes. Otherwise, they really don't have much inventory for anything else, especially dog food. We have to shop elsewhere to get that.
