The Pet Authority is a friendly business with great customer service. Staff are very willing to help, compassionate, and lovely to work with. They offer unique items like the cutest dog cakes, but inventory for other things, especially dog food, is limited. Their grooming service is excellent, with patient and skilled groomers who listen carefully. Prices are comparable to other pet stores, and they support the community through donations.
All the groomers are super friendly and they care more about the animals well-being than anyone's feelings and that's what everyone in the animal industry should be!!!!!!!!!!!

Rachel and Shelly welcomed us with open arms and homemade dog cookies! We just moved to Austin and we were worried about finding “our” store for our fur babies! This is definitely the place!

The people are very friendly and always willing to help you. Prices are comparable to the other pet store and they even donated for a dog park BBQ.
