Writing this review from MICHIGAN! I had a package I shipped that was stuck in a death loop and was supposed to go to GA. Somehow it was misrouted and was stuck between Austin, St. Cloud, and Minneapolis MN. My buyer was furious! I called the Austin, MN post office and spoke with MARK. He was AMAZING! Awesome listening skills, and he explained in simple detail that there are rare times the label, when scanned, shows it should go to post office A for the next leg of the trip even though the label says destination B. The package then gets stuck in a death loop and has to be 1) manually found and 2) manually rerouted by the postal workers...
Mark heard out my concerns, took ownership and made the sorters aware of the package, which the next day they did in fact come across! Mark got a new barcode processed on the package, sent the package on it's way properly and also followed up with me on a phone call. My package got to my buyer.
I cannot say enough good things about Mark, the sorters that helped, and the process that they enacted at the Austin, MN branch. Thank you all so much!!! Jason

Weekly newspapers weren't delivered in our area of town - the local postmaster and mail carriers are picking and choosing who to deliver all their mail to when they run short staffed. Shame on the - it's happening more and more often than people realize.

Came here to drop off a package and only waited 2 minutes or so. The lady behind the desk was kind and was able to help me.

Walmart told me to take a return to the USPS, but it was with a FedEx label. Sara was not only super friendly, but she told me where I could send it out from and the exact location in that store to take it. Super nice and friendly. Extremely knowledgeable.

Sara was very friendly and helpful. She helped me figure out what envelope size was the best for my package. And even though it was almost 5 (closing time), there was a huge line to the door, she stayed very positive with every customer.

I have limited mobility currently and use a cane for walking. I stopped by the mail truck in my car 3 houses away and requested if I could get me mail. He was really rude refused my mail. So I parked in front of my house waiting it's snowing and icey out. I went to go get my mail from him but he just walked past me tossed the package on my porch and justt walked away. I don't understand this level of rudeness I was right there. If you walk with a cane you know how hard it is to balance and not fall over especially in the snow.
