Got scammed here. I went in because I'm going out of the country and wanted to know what to d to allow calls and texts during that period. He offered me a plan that would increase my bill by $10.00. It went up a lot more than that and I had service charges too. I Called Verizon because problems with my hot spot. I was told everything the representative at this store told me was incorrect. Verizon changed everything back to the way it was. I was refunded the service charges.
I will never step foot into this store again. Everything I need (phones, watches, plans etc.) I can do on line.

We have been customers of Verizon for over 20 years. 3 phones for over $300 a month is a lot. Also, customer service that pressures you into programs you don't want, turn me off.

Update : I purchased a new phone and smart watch at this location. The smart watch was not setup correctly with the mobile network so I had to spend 2 hours on the phone with Verizon to get that corrected. Once the service was setup correctly the issues with the watch started. Calls would switch from my phone to my watch on their own, which is a known, common problem with Pixel phones and Samsung watches according to a quick Google search. The store associate told me that a Samsung watch with a Pixel phone was not an issue, which was a lie. They also never told me that this was an authorized retailer, not a Verizon corporate store,which means returns are a major hassle since they can't be processed at any other Verizon store. Now I get to spend even more time on the phone with Verizon to get this broken watch returned.Also, I just found out that I was enrolled in a $17/mo protection plan and that my device plan was changed. None of this was ever explained to me as I would have declined both of these changes! Now I am even more unhappy about my experience at this store.Don't trust Michael X to not upsell you on things without telling you what he is doing!
