Even the pharmacist suggested sending our prescription elsewhere after they lost it and we had to call the doctor for a new one. Randomly closing at times with no warning. Complete disorganized mess right now.

Please if you need perspiration or refill. DO NOT get it here, it would be best for you to go to Hyvee or Walmart. I was there at 3:00p.m after my appointment at 10:30a.m. I waited 15 minutes for my turn, no complaints. And then it was my turn, and she told me it would take 20 minutes if I want to wait another 20 minutes. So I told her I can come back later. Before 6 though, because that’s when it close. I was back at 5:30p.m and I waited until 5:45p.m for my turn. They told me my prescription was not ready and it will take 20 minutes and to come back tomorrow. I call them at 5p.m to ask if it was ready. And they told me it’s not ready and they are closing soon. I told the girl on the phone I was there yesterday twice and they told me it will be ready in 20 min each time I came and it was not ready.So she said she will put me on top of the list. So it took 1 and a half day to get my perceptions filled. So if you are in pain and or need medication asap, do not come here. They don’t care about your heath or urgency. This never happen to me before anywhere.

The staff at this Walgreens Pharmacy are absolutely wonderful! They always go above and beyond to help. One time my key fob quit working in the drive-thru, and they patiently helped me get through it without any stress. They’ve also shown me how to use the apps to save money on my prescriptions, which has been such a blessing. They are kind, caring, and genuinely helpful every time I come in. Truly a five-star team!

Phones are always busy at pharmacy, automated phone system can be weird to work with, I just got off the phone with a rude employee. I’m switching due to these reasons, just warning anyone. My switch to Walgreens pharmacy was a mistake. That being said I have had a great employee once before that was very kind and understanding. This has just been more difficult and a pain more consistently than I feel it should be since I’ve switched to Walgreens.

I just sat at the drive up window for 17 minutes over my lunch half-hour and NEVER DID get waited on! I used up my lunch and didn’t even get my prescription dropped off. I am beyond upset!
