I will start off and admit I made a bad mom move due to being super busy and forgot to order my son's cake with 24 hour notice but I called about 8am and his party is not until 5-6 so I was hoping for a little hope or suggestion but that is not what I received from Walmart. I got a lady who in a rushed grumpy manner told me 24 hours and was quick to dismiss me but it's OK cause it worked out those cause I called hyvee and the lady was so sweet with some of the best customer service I have seen and my son will have a cake by 4 today. I would of understood honestly had the lady's tone from Walmart been more friendly or if she could of made some suggestion or even seemed to care even a tiny bit but she was rude and dismissive.

I requested farm animal cupcakes for our daughter’s birthday. They were extremely accommodating to my request, they turned out amazing! Not pictured: cow, duck and sheep. Highly recommended!

Tried to just call and ask for the hours and to put in a cake order, and as soon as they answered the phone they hung up. They continued to do this the 10 or so times I called. They only picked up the phone when I called from a different number, and even then they hung up on me lol. I just wanted a birthday cake for my kid. Oh well I'll just go to Hyvee. Thanks Walmart for you're continued shitty service.
