Horrible customer service. I asked an associate where an item was and she just shrugged and said I don't know and went back to what she was doing. I then asked an associate about an item that was priced wrong and he said "sorry it's 19.99", left it on the shelf in the wrong place and walked away for this same error to happen again. I then decided to get a different red tote that was over with the Christmas stuff marked "75% off discount taken at register". When I checked out they rang up at the full price so I asked the cashier and proceeded to show her the online add showing they were $2. She said "sorry they must be different" when they were literally the same brand and same size. I then went to the customer service desk to address the pricing error and was met with a very rude older lady that just said "what". I explained what happened the advertised price in store and the online price and she said "online prices are different" I asked if I returned these and ordered them in line they'd only be $2 then? To which she said "yea". Okay, then why can't you just do a refund re-ring now and be done with it? I took the totes and left because it wasn't worth the argument to be told the doors were locked 30min early and we had to walk to the other side to get out and then back to the car. I will not be shopping here again and I will gladly let anyone know to go to the Albert Lea store down the road for MUCH better service. I understand if things were wrongly advertised, but there is no excuse for poor customer service ever.
