WELLS FARGO WOULDNT HELP YOU WITH A GLASS OF WATER IF YOU WERE DYING OF THIRST.I HAVE BANKED THERE SINCE THE 70'S,,YET RIGHT NOW TODAY THEY WILL DO NOTHING TO HELP ME IN SOME SITUATIONS FOR A LOAN.NOT THE FIRST LOAN,THE 3RD,WHICH ALL WERE PAID OFF EARLY.NOW I HAVE TO GIVE MY FIRST BORN,ALL MY BLOOD N STILL CAN'T GET ONE.THEY LET A BOGUS CHECK GO THRU MY ACCT. WHICH THEY THEN CLEARED OUT ALL THE MONEY,WELLS FARGO WOULDN'T LIFT A FINGER TO HELP,I WAS TOLD'MY PROBLEM'. THOUGHT THEY HAD SECURE STEPS AGAINST FRAUD LIKE THAR,BUT YOUR NOT EVEN COVERED THAT WAY.SO LONG WF N GOOD RIDDANCE.

I'm seeing some negative reviews about this branch so I thought I'd shed some light! I have always had a good/satisfactory visit here, whether I use the drive through or the lobby services! They're always professional, prompt, and friendly! I have seen them be kind and patient with the elderly, and accommodate language differences. Joe and Sondra are just two of my favorite friendly faces there. Hope this helps someone, thanks WF peeps for being awesome at what you do, and helping me find answers when I need them!

Lobby is closed, despite hours on door and posted in google. You have to make an appointment to see a banker. Drive thru is backed up to the street in all lanes.
