I have gone to Willow for all of my vet needs for almost 5 years now. They have never failed to make me feel informed and my animals well taken care of. I feel their care and compassion each time we visit.

Top notch people. We were from out of state and our elderly dog had to be put down. The vet walked us through all our options and was very honest and thorough. When we got home we found we’d received a condolences card signed by the entire staff. It meant a lot to us.

Where do I start....went in the first time for a pre-op visit, and I waited over 30 minutes in the exam room only seen the doc for maybe 2 minutes. They did pre-op labs and shots. Vaccines I was told by a previous doc did not need a booster, and she would be good until she was 1. But I had to do them for her to have surgery so went ahead and did them again. The next visit was for her spay. They brought out a quote of WAY more than previously talked about. I noticed on the bill 3 things I did not want or ask for. (Micro chipping and things). Then was told her labs were slightly elevated so they needed to do a fecal sample. While we have had no issues what so ever with her stools.Ok fine. Surgery was completed I picked her up with no answers on testing. So I ask and they said oh it was good. Makes me question if it was just a way to get more money. Not to mention the secretary was beyond rude and felt inconvenienced when I asked how things went and results. I do everything they said, use a cone, little to no activity take her out on a leash. All by the book. Few days later I notice the incision is opening up. Everything looked great just opening up. They quote me $85 to put her under and sew her back up. When I pick her up the cost was nearly $250 and they said she had an infection they had to clean up. Seems a little bit excessive of a change in price. This time that same secretary made me feel as if it was completely my fault and had no compassion for my concerns. In fact she completely got up while I was mid sentence and walked to the back room disregarding my concerns. Bring her home and the next day she has some bleeding from the incision. By the next morning it is opening up again, the next day completely opened. I refused to call Willow again. Another company reached out to me and she is currently in surgery again for the 3rd time as I pray she will make it through. The current vet I took her to mentioned many things that should have been done differently to prevent all of this.

Brought our cat in after another vet in town failed to help us understand what was going on with his health. They did blood work, x-rays, ultrasounds, etc. They were willing to put the time and effort into helping us find out what could have been causing the issues he was facing. Willow Pet staff gives exceptional care to our pets and us. They helped us understand, gave us our space as we decided there was nothing more we could do for him. We never felt rushed as we said our good byes and they gave us hugs as we left. A few days later we received flowers ? and a paw print. Nothing can beat the feeling of being cared for and they’ve proved to be supportive .. even many days after. They aren’t just a vet, they’re the best vet.. I don’t recommend anywhere else.

My husband and I were visiting from out of town when our lab came down with a UTI..Willow Pet Hospital was the only place that could see our Jenny that same day! They were so friendly and helpful. If I lived here they would be my first choice for quality pet care!

Awesome place to bring large dogs. The vetnarians and staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. They keep the place very clean and well kept. We've had our two dogs get shots/pills, spay procedures, and puppy needs. Don't hesitate to call them. Must have appointment.

My mom uses this clinic for her pets and she is visiting and had an emergency with one of them. I called and they knew her doggo by name and looked up her meds for us. Didn’t even have to ask for my mom’s name. I have never had an encounter with staff that know their patients so well.

One of our adopters brought his dog in to be vaccinated today and have an exam before his neuter appointment. They didn't believe the adopter when he told them we, the rescue, were paying the bill. completely rude when I spoke to them. The bill was over $100 more than the same exact appointment at our vet last week for another pup. I now remember why we have only been to their office once or twice 3 years ago. Never again.

I absolutely 110% would recommend Willow for all my pets healthcare needs. A month ago, I had to make the dreaded decision to put my 18 year old cat down. I had him since he was born so no doubt it was an absolute heart-breaking decision. From the moment my dad (who went along with emotional & moral support) and I walked the building we were treated with absolute respect and compassion. CJ & Dr Sara were so wonderful. You could tell that their hearts were breaking for us as we ran thru different tests and such. Never once did they guilt us for not bringing him in sooner or anything like that. When I made the decision they gave us plenty of space and time to be with my Johnny before he was put to rest. After he was gone, Dr Mike gave us plenty of time as well. When it was time to go I noticed they had a note on the door and a candle lit in the lobby alerting others that we were saying good-bye. Even a few days later when I went back to pick up his ashes they still treated me with the same amount of respect as when I initially brought Johnny in. They even had sent out a sympathy card signed by all the staff. That to me was extremely thoughtful. I will most definitely be switching my animals care to Willow and will highly recommend them to others as well. And yes as I had heard from others it is a bit more pricewise than other locals, but to me being treated with compassion and respect is worth the extra money.
