Charlie from Lumber One is fantastic. I have had the pleasure of consulting with him a few times on client wants/needs and he is very willing to look into different options for clients while working within clients budget. If there is an issue he takes the time to find out more information and try to work within client means which is very important to me while entrusting my clients with a builder. thank you Charlie!

I worked with Charlie at Lumber One Avon on a pole barn reskin. I screwed up the order and was a few pieces short. Lumber One jumped through hoops and got me the extra pieces I needed from his supplier the next day and had them delivered so we could finish the project on time. Great service and Charlie saved the project on my mistake. Thanks!
