Based on the reviews, Midsota Trailer Sales has excellent service. The team is awesome and great people to work with. They have many trailers on hand, and also do repair and stock parts, which is very helpful. Chad helped a customer spec out and order the SLE 18 Car Hauler and winch, which paired easily with the vehicle and tows like a dream. The customer is very happy with the purchase. Andy answered the phone and helped a caller with pairing a wireless remote, going above and beyond even though the person was not a customer. Justin from the sales department was helpful with a hub cover replacement, locating the correct part from a grainy old photo. He helped make sure the customer could get a suitable replacement locally. Midsota Trailer has excellent service, with Andy being awesome and Justin being very helpful. Customers will definitely continue doing business with Midsota Trailers.

Highly recommend ---I was having some electrical issues with my dump trailer that I was unable to get myself. They had my trailer back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Service department is top notch. you will not be disappointed.

Chad and Justin are awesome at Midsota!! I worked with both of them on my last trailer purchase. Great people to work with. They have many trailers on hand. They also do repair and stock part, which is very helpful!

Chad Zirbes help me spec out and order the SLE 18 Car Hauler and winch which paired easily with my vehicle and tows like a dream. My project car now has a safe and protected space as I proceed with her restoration. Very happy with my purchase and Chad and the Midsota team.
