We are here for an "old man" hockey tournament. Very nice hotel for a town this size. There are outlets outside to plug in your block heater in sub-zero weather. Basic, but nice breakfast. You can even order 12" homemade pizzas, and the front desk clerk will deliver it to your room. Sweet! Very nice location and good wifi. There is a grocery store a short drive away, as well as a local bar/grill and laundromat. Babbitt has it all. Minnesota nice employees and Minnesota squeaky clean rooms. We highly recommend the Junction Inn & Suites!

Rooms are great, as are the staff. Adjacent restaurant is currently closed, but there are two others pretty close.Nearby activities: Close to Birch Lake on the edge of Babbitt. Lots of trails.

This place is so cute and comfortable! We came here after a trip to boundary waters and I would rather stay here than a chain hotel. It just feels more like home!

Comfortable and affordable. Not allot options in this area. Has a best western or chain hotel feel. So if you’re looking for that small town touch this is not the place. It does have a connecting restaurant and bar which had decent food and drinks for a reasonable price. WiFi was good considering the remoteness

It's very, very clean, neat, and hygienic. No smoking smell at all. It's near to ely . We excepted big American break fast. it's having ok kind only . They give banana muffins, orange juice , boiled 2 eggs, yogurt, coffee, and chicken sausage.Food & drinks: Breakfast options are less.

We stayed here for one night before we went into the Boundary Waters. My wife found it after a careful search. There aren't a lot of hotels in this area; it's fairly rural/ remote. The hotel is modest, but more than adequate. The staff was extremely friendly- Minnesota Nice. Our room had a queen size bed for my wife and I; the boys got bunk beds. Our room was exceptionally clean. We slept great! The breakfast was fresh and healthy- various pickup items that were more than substantial. There were microwavable sausage biscuits that I really liked; I think they were made fresh locally. The manager was outstanding! This place was awesome; what an excellent value!

What a gem of a hotel! We really enjoyed our stay while visiting family who were camping nearby. The beds/pillow were super comfortable. Despite being full, it was super quiet, could not hear anybody, including young families in adjoining rooms. Free continental breakfast and coffee were great. Staff was amazing! The location is ideal centrally located amongst key boundary waters points of interest, trails, and premium golf courses. Also there is a great restaurant/bar/grill just across the parking lot where we had one of the best all you can eat fish fry dinners ever. Finally, I want to add that I left some items behind and called 4 weeks later. They still had the items I identified and sent them to me for the cost of FedEx, about $10. Saving me a 7 hour round trip and about $50 in gas. Look forward to our next trip up in Northern Minnesota, I know where I will be staying!

Well kept and clean. Wife didn't think the bed was comfortable but I liked it. Complimentary breakfast was just ok, not great. Easy parking and nice bar/grill next door. Babbitt is a small quiet town, nice to find a good place to stay here.

Very clean rooms, friendly helpful staff. My only complaint is the shower head is too low. I will stay again if I'm in town.

Very nice accommodations and the staff have been friendly and helpful. Like my room (nicer than they appear in their pictures which are nice enough). I’d take a picture but I’ve been here a couple days and I’ve settled myself in ?

NO pool, limited continental breakfast. Although rooms are clean and comfortable, NOT worth the price! Make sure you return your room keys or get charged.

Overall a pleasant experience. Rooms were nice and clean, staff friendly and prompt. Lobby looks great and a nice continental breakfast with muffins and stuff. The handicap bathroom was AWESOME! Some drawbacks were the beds in the handicap room were to high and the plastic mattress protector kept sliding the bedding off the bed. Also the entrance we would recommend at least a handicap access door, would be handy for wheelchair access and for guests with a lot of luggage. Unfortunately because of Covid the Junction Bar and Grill was no longer able to offer a hot breakfast, hope that comes back soon. Also a wheelchair person has trouble taking out their service dog for a potty break. The end of the parking lot where the dog area is, drops off the asphalt and onto loose sand making it hard for the wheelchair to travel. And the sidewalk and the back door to the same area has the same problem, drops an inch and a half each, making it impossible to re-enter or get down safely. Other then that, we LOVE the place and will be back.

Roadtripping with two dogs isn't always easy, but we were actually given doggy welcome packs at check in! Bowls, treats, and an extra sheet so the dogs could sleep on the bed without getting hair all over the bedspread. I love my pups and felt that the staff understood that.Room was very clean and the soap/shampoo products were great. The showerhead was too low for anyone over 5'5" or so, but that is truly the only thing I can critique.

Nice place that stayed warm and cozy even when it was below zero. The rooms and building were clean. The staff were friendly and went out of their way for us.
