Love the meat at the Backus Locker. Their brats, beef sticks, and bacon are all outstanding. Don't forget to go into the Locker to the left when you walk in the for. That's where the really good stuff is!

Grandma and Grandpa made hot pepper Turkey brats from my wild Turkey. They were delicious. They also smoked several Pheasant for me and cut them in thin slices, and shrink rapped them. It works great for horsdoeuvre. A small crostini with goat cheese and spicy plum jam.
