“We were having issues with our car, and with my husband being a mechanic/tow truck driver he knew of Jags. So we stopped in there and although they couldn't do the work we needed. They gave us a referral to the shop down the road, to get it done and back on the road with little delays.”

“Very friendly staff, really good prices. I had to have a wheel hub assembly replaced on my 13 Chevy equinox. Not only was Jeremiah very nice and professional, but also he took the time to explain things to me. Price wise they were also about$100 less than the Chevy dealership in Bemidji. Also the dealership in Bemidji was going to make me schedule out 3 business days and Sorensen got me in the same day. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because they don't have a credit card machine, so they only accept cash or check.”

“Today, I got to meet Austin- and I have to say, this guy really knows his stuff. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely cares about what he does.
Our meeting was sparked by something as simple as a dipstick for a truck for all things.
I threw an oddball question his way about an old Ford tow truck my dad’s had for years. I barely remembered any details—just that it was a '90s Detroit diesel tow truck, affectionately known as the “Big Blue Ox.” I don’t even think I mentioned the make to him.
Austin immediately rattled off what it probably was- and nailed it right on the head i think. He even knew all the other possibilities it could have been too. His expertise is impressive.
He took the time to chat and make a connection, which says a lot about his character. I’m genuinely excited to work with him and Pickett Auto on bigger projects in the future.
Austin is friendly, easy to talk to, and incredibly diligent. It’s comforting to have someone so reliable and knowledgeable up here in the north- it doesn't matter if i was at home or down in the cities, I know I will reach out to him when the time comes again!
