“They do great fast work. Chris pretty much diagnosed my problem over the phone. The 4 other places I called told me I had to bring it in and have it diagnosed and that it would take a hour at $140.00. And they couldn't get it in for 1 to 3 weeks. I called Pickett Auto on Friday and took it in the same day. They had my truck over the weekend and they messaged me on Monday saying it was done. They did it for more than half of what the Chevrolet/ GM Dealer wanted to change. Thank you for the fast great work.”

“Excellent service and very nice machine rentals. Bobcat t64 and a e35 to rent. Also some other rental items as well but not sure on what they all have. Gas is a little more expensive but they will fill your tank for you like back in the old days. Overall a great place that can take you back to the way it use to be!”

“Very friendly staff, really good prices. I had to have a wheel hub assembly replaced on my 13 Chevy equinox. Not only was Jeremiah very nice and professional, but also he took the time to explain things to me. Price wise they were also about$100 less than the Chevy dealership in Bemidji. Also the dealership in Bemidji was going to make me schedule out 3 business days and Sorensen got me in the same day. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because they don't have a credit card machine, so they only accept cash or check.”

And they have even on the fly helped me 2x with a minor issue I kept having with ny sunroof and u pulled in because it started raining and one of the guys came out and in 2 Seco took care of it for ne, no questions asked, now that's what I call full service.
