Over $1000 and they still haven't fixed my vehicle. I brought my car in because the coolant sounds like it's boiling. First attempt they charged me over 300 just for diagnostics, I got home and the issue was still going on. A competent mechanic, (which these fools aren't), would have just had to bring the car to running temp to see the problem. So after being told it was ready to go, had to bring the car back in, once I got home. They couldn't get an interlock device (breathalyzer) to work, they caused it to lock out,which costs me another 75$. They called said it was ready to go again, at this point ive driven over 100 miles, came home and still have the same issue. I'll be disputing these charges, asking for a refund, and bringing them to small claims court. GO TO ANOTHER MECHANIC save yourself the headache. Oh, and they never called me either time to tell me the car was ready, after wondering what the status was after a month I had to call them. Never been to a more incompetent mechanic in my life.

I inherited a p.o.s dodge caravan from a family member who had a stroke and was put in a facility that can no longer drive it. I paid the $300 the shop owner required to get the keys. Husband drove it and the brakes were gone. We asked for an estimate to try to get the brakes done to be able to drive it safely off of the lot. He quoted us at over $2,500; we said pass, was way over charging for our request of the specific work, nothing more. We drove it home and it literally is sitting in the yard in the exact condition we got it from him. We got a letter from RCB Range collections- he sent the “ESTIMATE” in as a BILL for work that was NEVER DONE. This is FRAUD. I called and a woman answered and I told her what was going on, I wanted to talk to the owner. She put me on hold, then hung up on me. I called back and with attitude asked what I wanted and I said I already told you, and then you hung up on me-if you do not call and fix it, I will be suing. She goes “we will wait for the paperwork”. If I could give NEGATIVE STARS I would. If ya’ll are trying to charge me for storage, guess what, the date it was transferred in my name proves I am not responsible for however long my family member let it sit there and the voicemails I have regarding the van. It is just a matter of time before all of your BS catches up and may the Most High God pay you back for all you have done to others. He is still a God of JUSTICE and sees EVERYTHING, you will not get away with this. Don’t be surprised if this place gets shut down in the future, they have it coming. This company is not BBB accredited and I could not find them on the list for legit businesses on the Minnesota iMS website. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE-THERE ARE MUCH BETTER SHOPS IN THE AREA!!!

Good experience, lady seemed impatient upfront but explained what was going on so can’t complain. The part was ready over a day sooner than expected which was great, they kept good communication and price was very fair, will use again.

Great experience - Had an emergency trailer breakdown in Moose Lake at 9pm, not a lot of options. Called Barnum Automotive and he got me what I needed and I was back on the road in an hour. Helped turn a major issue into a minor setback real quick!

Left my vehicle with Terry for 6 weeks. He said he would repair my Mercedes Sprinter van, and it never happened. The guy is a complete joke. He kept telling me he would get to it and never did anything to repair the problems. The only thing they did was messed up the headliner off above the driver and passenger seat in the front. They definitely are not men of there word and would not trust him to fix a bicycle.
I really don’t know how this guy stays in business.

Barnum automotive has everything u need great people and they deliver I highly recommend it if you are looking for great customer service and used parts and new parts they got it all been goin there since I was a kid I've searched up and down at other places and had no luck but I called Barnum automotive and they never let me down had my part delivered to me in just a couple days thanks Terri Sandberg and his fellow employees
