Is it acceptable to leave packages at the mailbox across the street from my driveway. I told them I wanted my packages to be delivered to my house. This box had $1000 worth of electronics in it. This to me is unacceptable. They do this every delivery.

Where has my mail gone to it’s definitely not delivered to my mailbox, My medicine missing some of my bills missing doctors appointments information missing , however getting my mail doesn’t have enough integrity to send it back to the post office . How hard is it to read a name and address. I can’t give them a half of a star one star is to high.

My mail has been coming extremely late or not at all, this happens for days at a time. I dont pay for prime for my packages to not come in the mail when I need them.

Constantly my Amazon packages say delivered to my mailbox and it is empty. Twice now I have been contacted by a person that lives 3 miles on the opposite side of town from me with my packages delivered to their house. Not even on the same road. They need better help. Carla can't deliver everyone's mail for christ sake.

Wish we could switch post offices, had no problems when we lived in Cloquet! Now we get wrong mail, no mail at all for days, deliveries left sitting in the driveway, and packages delayed for days until we either take time to go pick it up from the post office or wait until they finally feel like delivering it. Worst post office ever

Very sad that the outside mailbox is under an overhead so the original postmaster wouldn’t get rained on. The problem is it is not handicapped accessible. Absolutely no way to drive up to, let alone stay seated in your car. I hope this will be fixed and become ADA compliant one day.

I am not sure what only negative ratings but my mail carrier is amazing. No wrong deliveries and some things she brings right to the house. I have a very large watchdog and she leaves treats in the mailbox for him..I think all the negative commenters need Carla as your carrier ??
