“My last visit to this wonderful shop was probably somewhere around 98-99, I would’ve been 11. My dad use to take us to battle lake every summer all the way from Orlando, FL. Our family had cabins on battle lake and we would all meet up and have the absolute best time. Granny’s pantry was a huge part of those memories. My brothers and I always participated in the turtle races. We use to paint our initials on the belly of the turtles before we set them back free in the lake. Beautiful memories I will cherish for the rest of my life. Lost my dad last year unexpectedly. Was truly hoping to bring my kids this summer to try granny’s pantry. Heartbroken to see it closed. I wish them the best on their future endeavors.”
