Firestick TV is about three steps back from cable. I absolutely love having my program or sporting event stop for a spinning wheel all the time. And if anyone in the house uses the microwave oven it stops the firestick till the microwave stops. And for the price you charge for it…this is not a technology advancement it’s awful…

I recently signed up for service and paid the $200 that is required for installation. Was told someone would get in touch with me to let me know when installation would be done. It's going on 3 weeks with numerous calls to the office to find out when installation will happen. The answer I've been given is that they do not know the schedule of the crew and I have to wait to see when flag are in my yard and then 2 weeks after that, my installation would be done. If there was another choice in my area, I would be canceling my service.
