“I was up here camping and had a problem with my diesel pickup that appeared very serious. Long story short, Ed diagnosed the issue over the phone and talked menthroughnit! I was able to resolve the issue until I got back home for the permanent fix. He saved me a tow truck trip and an extra week of time to get it looked and and repaired! He really knows his stuff! Thank you, thank you, thank you! If you're not taking your diesel truck to Lakeroad Diesel for repairs, what are you doing?!”
“I came in without an appointment (Our vehicle had a leaky tire in need of repair). I was referred to his new shop on the other side of town. He was able to fit us into his schedule. The screw that was imbedded in our tire was removed and the tire was repaired very quickly. We are very grateful that Woodys Service came through! (It was my husband’s birthday and we had a big day planned.) The shop dog is adorable!”
“Was 375 miles from home, engine light came on, engine ran rough, 4:30 in the afternoon. Custom gave me a ride to the lodge I was staying at, called the next morning with electronic diagnosis, and news repair completed. The shop even offered to drive vehicle to my lodge so as not to interrupt my fishing time! When I returned home I shared my bill with my local shop. I was told the bill was very fair. I would strongly recommend Custom!! (Devlin also shared a couple of places to fish!)”
