This is tthe 2nd time I have seen Dr. Kraft in the past 2 years. I have seen multiple providers for my sinus infections with no resolution till I have seen Dr. Kraft. If this infection doesn't clear up with the 21 day doseage of antibiotics, he already has me schedule for a cat scan to further investigate if surgery is needed. I feel very confident in his treatment plan and him. If it clears up, I can cancelled the appointment.

Took the time to get to know me and what was going on with me to help provide a diagnosis. Glad they were caring and helpful to get the help that I needed.

Dr. Kraft has been treating me for ear problems, after his associate, Dr. Waters, had to place a tube in my ear several months ago due to an infection. He and all the practitioners, including reception staff, are courteous, knowledgable and have always been available whenever I've required care. I highly recommend the care this clinic has to offer! Dr. Kraft's sense of humor, is a big plus that I so enjoy!!!

Thoroughly impressed with Dr Kraft and the office! They offer an in-office CT scan for same day results and diagnosis. Very informative and personable. Highly recommend!

I've struggled with leaving a review, as I ALWAYS want to give others the benefit of the doubt and understand that humans are not perfect. However, I was and am extremely disappointed with Dr Kraft and his team. Below, I will try to detail my experience with him and Advanced Specialty Associates.I went to see him for 2 separate issues related to my throat. The first issue is... I've had a sore throat for a year that won't go away. (My primary care team had to ultimately order a CT scan because his team never followed through with the proper submittal.)After almost a 8 months, the CT was completed, and results showed one side of my throat was enlarged compared to the other .The radiologist recommended an office visit to examine the throat visually by an ENT.Dr Kraft did not seem to take my concerns, or the results of the scan seriously at all. He indicated that he didn't know why my throat has/had been sore, and he said "well maybe your left tonsil was just swollen the day of the imaging". Dr Kraft presented no plan, no additional tests, no thoughts/ideas or otherwise to try to diagnose my issue. I went to him because he is an ENT. To date, my throat is still sore on a daily basis...I have since made an appointment in the twin cities with a reputable ENT for possible diagnosis, or plan of action of some kind.My second issue was an enlarged uvula that needed removal. After an office visit to discuss pros and cons of the surgery, the surgery was scheduled "in office" and not in an OR. The surgical steps were "discussed" briefly, but in hindsight, very little detail or instructive information was provided to calm the anxiety I was experiencing prior to the start of the surgery.I asked and was prescribed a "optional medication" to take prior to the surgery to help with the anxiety of having the surgery while conscious and alert (one low dose valium). The instructions (per the Rx), were to wait for the RN to advise me when to take the pill. The RN apparently forgot to tell me to take the pill, so I took the pill after the RN left the room to get the doctor.Less than 5 min later, the RN walked back in the room, admitted she forgot, and said I needed to take the valium if I hadn't already. Needless to say, the mediation did not take effect before the surgery began.Lastly, and most importantly...one week after surgery, it was obvious that the area where uvula was removed had become infected. The area was extremely painful (more than the already extremely painful surgery itself... btw Dr Kraft did not prescribe any RX for post op pain. After much research, pain meds seem to be prescribed after this surgery by most, if not all other surgeons.) I called the office to see what I should do as I knew it had to be infected. While I waited on the phone, one of the nurses spoke directly with Dr Kraft. The nurse returned to the phone and informed me that per Dr Kraft, "this surgery doesn't get infected, and that I must have picked up a virus". There was no need to come in, that I should just rest. The result was a MRSA staph infection in my throat. Thankfully, I was my own patient advocate and went to another facility to address this serious infection. Needless to say, I was, and am, still very disappointed in my care from Dr Kraft and Advanced Specialty Associates. I cannot in good conscience recommend this facility. Admittedly, I have never consulted with Dr Waters who also practices as an ENT at same facility, so he is not a part of this review.

Going into a doctor's office scared is never a good thing but I left smiling and at ease. The front desk was friendly and fast. The nurse was kind and efficient. Dr Waters was amazing!! He let me know everything he was doing and tried to make the procedure as less painful as possible!! I would highly recommend!
