The rooms were decent size and had an older look. The front desk staff were not the friendliest. The room was not ready at check in at 4 pm. The bedding for the sofa bed was less than adequate and only provided one flat pillow. The pool was over crowded and so strong of chlorine we couldn't stay longer than an hour as our eyes just burned. Life guards really didn't do much and would be swimming at your own risk. Very little amount of tubes were available for the waterslide and we had to wait a long time to go just one. Later I received my credit card statement and was charged for having my kids with. The room size was for 6 people and we were within that room limit. I booked through a third party site due to a promotion. I've stayed at many hotels before and don't think about changing the people as it has never made a difference. It was not noted on the site. I called to talk about the charge as I was never informed upon check in. I was told that the credit card on file was for incidentals. This should be something they verbally inform you about. Would not recommend.

We stayed at the hotel to go to the water park and have a little family get away on a long weekend. The room was decent but the bedding for the pull out sofa bed was not adequate. Only had one very flat pillow. The check in was poor and had to wait past 4 pm check in as the rooms weren't clean and ready. Front desk staff were not the most friendly. The pool was overcrowded and so strong of chlorine we couldn't stay longer than an hour as our eyes were burning. The life guard was not helpful and was not making sure people were staying safe. Swim at your own risk. They also had very little amount of tubes and had to wait long and couldn't go down the slide more than once with how long you had to wait to get a tube. The really frustrating part was getting my credit card statement and seeing a charge for having more people then what you had on the reservation. The room was for 6 people and was big enough for our family of six. They changed an extra $15 for each of my kids. This was not on the booking site as I had a promotion and used through a third party. I was also not informed of this at check in. When they asked for a card they stated it was for incidentals. Not once was I informed they would charge for having more people then on the reservation. When I called to discuss this charge they were very rude. This should be something that is told and agreed upon especially when not booking through their site.

Very fun! The kids had a great time at the water park. It's nice because you can see most of the park from your table. The bar/grill attached had great food and service! They need to upgrade their pillows in the rooms. They're like 20 years old with no support.

This place has so much potential, but too many things went wrong: lifeguard was vaping in the pool area while doing rounds, no inter tubes, no pool seating, no pool towels. Chemicals from pool were so intense burned eyes and skin, and made kids and adults cough. Arcade machines took extra credits or didn’t work. Staff weirdly just turned off all machines at a certain time without saying anything. There was an elevator down so took lots of time if you needed to use it. Ran out of breakfast items. Terribly drunk people- fighting, threw up in hallway. We made the most of it but got trashy vibes the entire stay.

Uffda. This post will be lengthy.Rooms: This was the best part of our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a double queen suite and there was plenty of room for the 7 of us with the pull out couch. We needed sheets and blankets for the couch bed and called down to the front for them, everything was delivered to us in a timely matter with good customer service. However, if you want a quiet night sleep, don't sleep here. There was constant running, jumping and noise from the hallway and upstairs the entire night. Not the hotels fault.Front desk: customer service was great. I had a random charge that was on my card which they didn't know about it but they were friendly while talking me through the possibilities and provided me with a reciept after check out.Waterpark & arcade: Alright here is the BIGGEST problem with our stay. First off, the amount of people in the Waterpark was outrageous. They continued to let the public in all evening and it was just one of the many things they shouldn't have done. They had 1 lifeguard randomly walking around not really even watching the pool. They had another one at the top of the slide. The floor was dirty and there was garbage everywhere. Someone threw up all the way from the hot tub to the bathroom. They cleaned up the main way floor but left puke on the floor by the hot tub. Didn't close any of the water to make sure there wasn't any in the water. There was still puke on the floor by the hot tub and we informed the lifeguard walking around. He never cleaned it up so we informed another staff member. They closed the pool at 8 instead of 9 like it stated it would be open. The next the puke was STILL there hours after opening and all the garbage and stuff on the floor was still there. People were literally walking in it. We informed the front desk when we checked our. No one cleaned the pool area at all. There was no towels available and they have maybe 10-15 tubes so the entire two days we were there the kids only went down the tube slide 1-2 times because it was impossible to get a tube. People were literally standing in a bunch outside the exit of the pool grabbing people's tubes. My youngest finally got a tube and some kid took it right out of his hands. My kids stood there forever waiting. There was garbage, a literally tampon and other stuff in the arcade that the staff continued to walk past ?. We will not be staying here again with the kids.Breakfast: they served a hot buffet breakfast which was good but they didn't keep anything refilled so we didn't have anything to drink and some of the hot food was cold. Honestly, I didn't any staff members at all the entire breakfast to refill, check on food or clean up the tables that everyone just left their stuff at. It was pretty disappointing.I giving our rating at 2 because there was some good things but I doubt we will stay here ever again unless they make changes.

This review is in the water park specifically. Do not rely on the “life guards” to look out for anyone’s safety. The three I saw were jaw jacking and on their phones the whole time. There were no rounds being made, no safety checks at the designated times and they basically had no eyes on the water. This place is a swim at your own risk, so you better be watching your kids. This place is a liability waiting to happen. The locker rooms have little to no space to change and there is no privacy for you and your little ones. Last but not least, don’t order the pizza, it may smell good and look good from afar, but it’s not worth the money. Order out!

Maybe this hotel was great at one point. But the only pros to this hotel were the size of the rooms and the arcade prices. having a "living room" type set up, and adjoining rooms was nice when we went with our friends. We were able to put our kids to bed, and still hang out. Other than that, the beds were terrible, with sheets that are clearly very worn. The faucets on the shower would only switch half way, so the pressure for showers was awful. The arcade was also the best prices we've ever seen for those cards you load up, and how many "credits" each game cost. They also had great toddler games (however over half the games didn't work). This was our saving grace for how much time we DIDN'T spend in the waterpark. The water park was one of the worst we've been too, and the main problem was the chlorine. It was very evident that there is no staff hired specifically to monitor chemical levels. The chlorine levels were far too high, and we could tell by all of the excessive coughing, rashes, burning skin feels our group had. It honestly felt as if it was at dangerous levels, as we all felt sick, until we left and were on our way home. I had a chemical smell in my nose for a whole day after we had left. Besides the obvious health risks, the main picture on the Arrowwood website of their waterpark includes a toddler type slide area/stairs, and the dumping water bucket. THAT IS MISLEADING, because that is no longer there! My 4 year old often wanted to leave after only a short time because she was't feeling good, and the lack of things she was able to do. You would be better off (and healthier) saving some money and going to somewhere like Great Wolf Lodge, where you will be safer and healthier.

My only complaint is that they need a better way of checking people in. It took us 45 minutes because of the shortage of staff.Rooms: Ours was 2 queen, and could use a fan for air movement.Food & drinks: The bar and grill inside the facility was amazing ...great service and huge tasty portions.

The hotel was probably really nice 10 years ago, staffing shortages and the degrading hotel really hinder the experience. Took 45 mins to check in, and rooms/hotel is not clean.

The room was great, clean, nicely updated and spacious. We didn't use the watermark at all. The conference space was somewhat awkward and didn't work great for a daytime conference - with some people blinded by sun coming in the windows and others feeling like they're in the dark. Lunch was ok, but that may have had something to do with our budget. The attached bar was decent
