Once again, an excellent experience with Ashley! This time we purchased a mattress, base, and mattress protector. Courtney was patient, knowledgeable, and really listened so as to help us find the perfect mattress for our needs as well as our budget.
The delivery was absolutely wonderful! We had some tough weather, so they had to deal with ice and snow, but they weren't deterred! They stayed in touch by email so we knew exactly when they would arrive. We could even watch the vehicle on the map as it moved through the countryside. The 2 men were fast, professional, and quite personable! They took the old stuff and placed the new very carefully and made sure we were happy with it. Completing the paperwork was a breeze, and they even gave us hints on how to care for the mattress protector.

We had such an amazing experience at Ashley/Furniture Mart in Baxter! Their staff is great but Kyle went above and beyond to help us out. He paid close attention to our many needs, took extra concern when helping us with our elderly parents and even came in on his day off to help us finalize our purchase. He spent not one, not 2 but 3 days helping us find just what we needed and was super patient with us. He had many out of the box ideas and found exactly what was going to work for our new home! We are incredibly excited for our purchase and grateful for such a stellar employee! If you need someone who listens to what you want who has great ideas with a superb design element then go see Kyle at Ashley! You won't go wrong!

Katie was amazing! Quick to offer help, show us all the options she had available in store, very social and relatable. She was very patient even though we changed our minds several times in a very short amount of time, and never let us believe we were inconveniencing her in the slightest.
