Went in for the bring any samsung galaxy brought 3 different phones. All were galaxies one was a note10+ said they weren't new enough. Then tried to charge me 110$ a month for phone and 65$ for service. Very unwelcoming. I'd rather buy my own phone and get 50$ a month unlimited everything with Verizon prepay and they have outstanding service nationwide.. can you hear me now?

Nightmare. Got a phone 3 weeks ago joined family plan. Women sold me on a razor. I was nervous about filp phone told her about concerns. She told me I had nothing to worry about because we have warranty plan. I said so if I have any issues you'll replace it she said of course as long as it isn't physically damaged. 3 weeks later the top half of my phone doesn't work. Took in right away. She pretend not to know me. She told me I have to pay off phone. To get a new one... I then went back again yesterday and now the middle of the phone has formed a straght line mark across where it folds. I then called 611 and they said I had to do that or pay the $200 dectuable.Another lady talked with me and apologized to me and said it was wrong of them not to replace my phone (I like her. ) but she couldn't do anything.So I have to pay any more for a phone that worked 3 weeks??? And promised if anything happens to it (not physical) it's covered.If your looking for a phone company that lies directly to your face you found the one.Horrible, unprofessional, liars, outrageous. I'll change my review if this can get sorta out. I have made two trips to store called 611 wasted alot of time!If this review is still up means they got away with screwing me. And I HIGHLY recommend NOT going with this company.Hopefully this gets resolved.

Shania was amazing to work with. I am on my friends plan and we went in to upgrade my phone. She was so fun to talk with and made it a great experience. She asked my friend what she did for work and when my friend told her she works for the USPS Shania informed her of a discount for postal workers. She was able to save my friend money every month and we got accessories for half off that day. I am loving my new galaxy s24+ and my friend is loving the watch she got at a huge discount.

I wanted a different phone, but the one I got was ok. Spent more money than I could afford, without getting what I really wanted. But I needed a new phone and that's what I got. Would've been better if the rep would've tried to see that I was happy rather than less than happy. I had to ask a lot of questions to get info out of him and still didn't get satisfactory answers. So I settled for a phone with out much info from him on it. So I'm trying to figure out the phone on my own.. also I thought I was getting a s24 ultra. But when I got home I realized it was a s24+. So, I settled for something less than what I thought I was settling for. ☹️I've been with at&t for 14 years and really always in the back of my mind expected more.

AT&T in Baxter was not organized or prioritized for customers who came in for anything. We signed up online & we’re next to serve & it was 45 minutes later until helped. Also 2 walk in customers were helped before we were helped. I was able to buy the phone I wanted & data was put into the new phone.

Purchased a new phone and upgraded a plan today. Jesse waited on us. He was friendly, knowledgeable and was the easiest experience we ever had. Highly recommend seeing Jesse. Last time I purchased a phone at this store I had a horrible experience Jesse redeemed the store for me.

I have made appointment twice, only to be passed up at my appointment time at the Baxter store. Today I made appointment at 10am when they open, I was there at 9:57am and they still help three other individuals that didn't have appointment and we all walked in at the same time when the door was unlocked. My name was clearly up on the screen in the store. I walked out after waiting 15 mins from my appointment time. I made appointment for a reason, as I was on a time crunch today. AT&T you need to fix this Baxter store or you are going to lose customers to Verizon or other carries like me. Since all my phones are eligible for upgrade I think it's time to switch to Verizon.

I miss the better towers of AT&T, but I don’t miss the bill or having to deal with the workers at this store. I went in to get a better explanation of why my bill was $100+ for just me. The worker I spoke with looked at it and laughed at me and said “I wish my bill was this low” and told me that it was the correct amount.

We just switched to them from Verizon. And I was having trouble getting the sim card in my new phone. We were pleasantly, please to be greeted immediately and be helped. As soon as we walked in the door, they were helpful courteous and fast. A+

Extremely slow service. You'd be served much faster at an ER during a weekend holiday consisting of numerous drunk accidents than this place. This place wastes so much of your time it is absurd.

Jonathan at the Baxter MN locations is out of this world amazing. He is so kind, sweet, patient, caring, understanding and very intelligent. He did so much investigating and work regarding many different concerns we had for our accounts and etc and he got everything figured out, corrected what either was not done, done incorrectly, and not given credit for that we should have gotten credit for, saved something for me that they only got one of that is been waiting for and so much more. He is amazing and incredible! He’s a role model for this company. Thank you Jonathan!!!!
