I’ve purchased two very quality ski doo snowmobiles from brothers. Prices cheaper than the cities. I’ve made the 2 hr drive twice now for my new units. They have sent me things direct to my residence for warranty/BRP issues. Customer service friendly and easy to work with. Traded my last snowmobile in for my current. Process was easy. Overall have been happy with these guys and will buy my next one from them as they typically maintain their standards. CJ is very professional.Travis my salesman was great at responding to my emails and keeping me up to date.

We had a Blaster that wasn’t running right - we have years of experience tinkering on small motors in our family, and virtually never need outside help. Everyone said this wasn’t fixable if we couldn’t get it, but Brother’s did the “impossible” and it’s running great now. We couldn’t be happier. Jeremy in service was great to work with and tech Mike didn’t give up on a hard project, but was methodical and through to the end of the project. Our whole family is impressed with the problem solving they did!

I had some wire damage on my Yamaha motorcycle from mice. The service department at Brothers fixed my wiring mess and helped me load it onto my trailer. I was back riding for way less money then I was anticipating. Thanks again!

Brought my sled in for normal maint and a couple other items. Extremely impressed with the service that was provided. Jeremy was absolutely outstanding to deal with from start to finish! Nicely done Brothers.

These guys are great!!! I’ve been trying to get a new Yamaha sled for a couple of years, but wasn’t aware of the changes Yamaha had made for their dealers. They walked me through the new process, and I was able to get one at the Spring Event before they sold out (in 3 minutes). Brandon kept me posted through the process, and the entire team was wonderful to work with at pickup! Their floor is full and amazing, with all of the best brands - it truly is a kid in a candy store experience (and my kids had a blast, might be their dream store also)! Thank you Brother’s, I look forward to working with you guys again soon!!!

This place is a house of horrors. I have a similar story to everyone else here. Not friendly, don't keep their word, over priced. Expect the kind of treatment that will amaze and surprise in the most confounding manner, while raising your blood pressure to dangerously high levels. I even bought my machine from them. I will never buy another product from them. I suggest you save your money and your health and shop elsewhere.

tried to return a new battery that was bad, the same day i purchased it. told it was to be sent back to factory for approval to replace or refund my money $100. they would contact me on the decision sssssssure when pigs fly. was treated like a thief. will never cross their threshold again

Unfortunately, I dropped my Honda Pioneer 1000 to the service department this past summer. They essentially just changed my oil and gas several times and charged me around $1300 for all the work (there were a couple other small things). Shortly after getting it back we began having the same problem. It had been parked in the garage always and rode very short distances with my two small children. Eventually tore it apart and found my clutch burned out and my sub trans full of sludge. How the service department missed this I can't say.Mind you I was charged $1300 for them to miss this problem. I sent an email to the manager of the service department a few months ago and got no response. I usually love the place, but this situation really makes me hesitant to ever go back.

They won’t warranty an Oxygen helmet cord that was bought with a helmet for $669.00 that came apart! A small price to pay to keep a customer happy that is in the market for a new side by side. I will never buy anything else from there! Thanks Jim!!!

My Dad paid full price for a used ATV (Can-Am 450) and a new Moose plow blade was installed on it. After it was delivered, I used it to plow out my driveway, and it got stuck in gear (more than once) and it was a hassle to shift. When my Dad and I spoke to "CJ" about it in-person, he never asked what WE wanted. He repetitively told us: "If there's nothing wrong with it, there's not much I can do about It." When I explained to CJ that I read online your top priority is to ensure 100% customer satisfaction, his answer was: "That's only if there's something wrong with it." My Dad and I wouldn't have been in his office dissatisfied if there was nothing wrong with it! He finally agreed to call us, and schedule a day to have it picked up and serviced to see what was wrong. There were NO phone calls from anybody, and they never gave us the operators manual that they promised. Once they got all the money from my Dad, there was NO communication, except a cheap little Christmas card from the salesman who sold the ATV to my Dad. ?My Dad and I are VERY dissatisfied. They're lucky to get one star from me. If you want to do business with "Brothers Motorsports" buy at your own risk! You've been warned.CJ,I didn't want it to end this way, but you had plenty of time (over a month) to call my Dad and work things out. You done nothing to help him. There's no need to have a follow-up reply because you didn't keep your word. My Dad had the ATV repaired and it's sold. After the way we were treated, my Dad and I don't want to do business with you anymore. ?

Sales staff was great. Service department has questionable business practices and ethics. They tried to get me to pay for warranty work. Read your warranty before taking your equipment here. Know your warranty rights and don't be afraid to contact the manufacturer directly.
