“Jim and Francisco were so helpful on my last project, which was a very large Trex deck. Once Home Depots end, things did not go so well, I had alot of items that didnt show up, or showed up towards the end, or at the end of my project. It extending the deck build by months, well into the dead of winter at sub zero temps. Example, I got my hoist hangers for the project after i was about 2/3's done with the project. Although this is true, the Pro Desk was very helpful on anything and everything. If there was an issue they tried squashing it immediately somehow. The overall work they had to put into my project was significant with all of the mishaps on Home Depots end along the way. Overall, the deck turned out awesome and the Pro Desk was amazing to work with. The only part that worries me, is going into the summer, if it took that long to get my materials in the fall and winter, will it take twice as long in the summer???? My hats off to all the help from Jim and Francisco, and their immediate reaction to any issues I had along the way.”
