Employees provide efficient service with a kind, personal touch and care about prescriptions. They are noted for figuring out ways to save customers money on both new prescriptions and refills. A main complaint is the pharmacy's location in the store, as the long distance can be a hindrance for disabled, elderly or sick customers. Suggestions include moving it closer to the front or adding a drive-through. The pharmacy also provides easy online appointments for flu and COVID shots.
I have had nothing but amazing customer service from everyone here! They call almost immediately when I send a message, always wait on me with a smile, and give almost painless vaccines.🫣
