Staff was great. Online check-in is the greatest thing ever, you just walk in and get your room cards. Pool was clean and warm for the kiddo. Breakfast was fine, I wish there were hot eggs and a meat choice but I survived, the kid liked the pancake machine and I could have warmed up a breakfast sandwich, I went with cold stuff instead. Room was clean, bed was great, I like the no carpet, makes it seem cleaner. Coat hooks by the door and a mat for shoes with winter & snow would be nice, but otherwise no issues! I would stay here again!

We stayed from 11/26-12/2. The staff were all wonderful! From our nearly midnight check in and all the way through. The facility was clean, great breakfast options, the 24/7 coffee was awesome and quite tasty. Really loved the fact that pool/hot tub were open until midnight. Everything was clean, beds were comfortable and the staff was so friendly. A week long stay over Thanksgiving and it was a great experience! Will definitely stay there next time we are in town visiting family.

The service was friendly and welcoming. The bathroom is very small and the floor was sticking in the room. They were told at checkout and noted to clean the floor. Otherwise it was very clean and comfortable

The room was nice and updated, except the bathroom was very small. If you a larger person even shutting the door would be difficult. Staff was friendly, however there was workers putting new siding onto the hotel and they were quite literally directly outside our room. VERY loud banging for several hours. Would have been nice to get a different room or at the very least been warned of that before booking.
Lastly walls are paper thin, could hear people pacing the halls on a phone call at 6am. Someone continually kept having their car alarm go off ~5 times after 10pm until about 11pm

I like that the rooms had laminate floor instead of nasty carpet. Although they could use a nice wash. The breakfast was a little disappointing but still okay.

Too much noise coming out from other tenent. Lots of shouting & door slamming sound were echo down the hallway.
