Absolutely terrible estimation of time until my haircut. The workers told me 2 hours until my haircut when I checked in. I came back after 2 hours just to wait in store for another hour and 15 minutes. They were down to 1 hairstylist during the middle of the day(rush hour). I ended up walking out and not getting my haircut.

I cannot thank Dorita (I’m sorry if it is spelt wrong) enough. My 4 year old can have difficulties with hair cuts. She showed such kindness and patience with him. She took the extra step of blowing off the cut pieces of hair off of him because he wasn’t a fan of it sitting there. Thank you so much for your time and patience with him!
