Told my stylist I just wanted a couple inches off and she started styling my hair a completely different way than I had it. I have flow, and she kept forcing my hair forward. Said my hairstyle is “shaggy” maybe 50 years ago in the 70’s. Need stylists who aren’t stuck in the last century

Getting a hair cut appointment online can be an issue. They are always busy but that's because of their efficient staff. Good haircuts.

Can't call to get a reservation, was told I had to do it online or check in only. Tried for website check in which was not operating even though it said a 60 minute wait. Came to the business to find it was 157 minute wait with only two people cutting hair. Used this place before but not anymore. Terrible customer service.Service: Haircut

this hair cut was so unbelievably bad they didn’t cut it even didn’t cut the back fudged up the bags thinned them out so much and cut them way short this was so unbelievably upsetting god i just am not going here for a very long time
