Absolutely, horrible customer service!!! Literally was told I could return a box of sandblasting material as long as I didn’t open it by one of their workers, couple days later I come back to return it and they told me it was non-returnable so then I asked if they could at least give me in-store credit and I would even buy more tools than the $40 this product was worth…. And the manager tells me absolutely not, not willing to work with me in any way, shape or form!! I spend lots of money there, and have spent tons of money over the years, but will not be returning because of this poor customer service and poor choices by the management in place!

Most of the time they have what you need when they don't they're honest. there are people there that will help you find things and it's always clean and put away

I would put zero stars if i could picked up a 75 dollar kit and was told if returned even if broken 45 dollar restock or exchange charge you guys just lost a loyal customer and I will not be returning for any tools I also reported this worker to corporate for his rude and offensive behavior.
