Stayed for a weekend hockey tournament. It was a great experience. Clean, well maintained hotel with a great water park, arcade and lasse tag! Good food for kids and adults, even had a nice bar in the Waterpark, to help parents keep their sanity! Happy hour pricing was good! We will be back!

We stayed in the family suite which was perfectly set up with a kids room with bunk beds and a tv! The water park was fun & clean! The breakfast is also a plus! I wish the arcade had a little more to offer but overall we had a great stay!

The hotel staff are very complicated and unhelpful. Very unorganized and tight with everyone. No hospitality what so ever. They make you feel like your lucky to be there. The manager says they will address the issues but I've been going there for a few years and its always the same. The only reason I keep going back is for the kids to go swimming so I bite my tongue and kept letting them bad me over. This place is a moldy dump. These people never answer their phones. Their chlorine levels are so high that it will burn your eyes and skin. Do your self a favor and go to the Waterpark across the street... so much more cleaner and friendliness.Way bigger and nicer by a far cry! The difference between the ? =across street and the dusty moon=holiday

We just spent a night here and overall had a really good experience. The waterpark was definitely the highlight of our stay. Despite the hotel being full, the waterpark was not overly crowded. Plenty to keep kids entertained but not so huge that kids get lost easily. We appreciated that there weren't overbearing lifeguards.Breakfast left a lot to be desired.Overall, a good value for our party of 6.

Great to have nice people at the front desk when you are tired from traveling! Went to the water park to check it out. OUTSTANDING! If you have kids GO! Great food and beer at the pool. I would rate this 100% if you have kids Jack pine duck pond is great. Burger is outstanding. Well done HIE!

This is a great hotel and water park! The room we stayed in had its own bunk room with four bunk beds (which included a TV and Xbox to our kids surprise). The room was very clean and comfortable. The arcade was fun, however some of the games were out of service or not working properly and we wasted credits trying to do them (no out-of-order signage). The water park had lots to do for kids of all ages (reference we have kids ranging from 2-9). The little cafe has good food, treats, and drinks (and a happy hour for adults). The hot tub looked like it needed a good cleaning, so we did not try it out.The breakfast area had a decent selection, however it would have been nice to have pancakes or waffles like other IHG hotels (especially since this one caters to families with children/attached water park). Also the juice station was in the corner which was kind of odd and difficult for people to reach while others were getting food. The staff were all super courteous and helpful! The only reason I didn't give five stars, is because of some of the minor issues we encountered and some of the water park equipment/areas needing a good scrub down.

I have to say; overall the time was great. The grill was closed both night i the water park when we were there. Which sucked because we planned our day with that as a meal. However the bar tender was good and hooked mom and dad up enough to let us relax, lol! The water park was well attended and we had a great time here! Still recommend and will return! Would just staff to either have it posted ahead of time for food/staffing or make it more a priority.

The waterpark was decent, unfortunately thats the only good thing I can say about this place. The waterpark bar & grill was only open a few hours the entire day. The room smelt like mildew and felt damp. This place is not worth the $$. We will not be staying here again.

Was looking for a pet friendly hotel and a different place to go for my kiddos birthday and we wound up here. A lot of it had to do with the waterpark and the pet policy.Pet fee is fairly small compared to other hotels which is decent. $40 a night per pet which is reasonable compared to some of the $150 a night price tags I have seen out there.Booked a two Queen size room which was pretty decent. Nice bathroom and they have the dove brand pumps versus the small little bottles. Sheets and blankets could use a refresher and they seem a bit dingy. Also booked a Queen suite with a bunk bed room which my son loved. The queen looked more like a full size. Very small. Waterpark was okay. Very small lazy river, three slides, dump bucket, two hot tubs, lots of tables and chairs to sit at. Pool, basketball rim.Hotel has a game room and laser tag.Breakfast was meh, but it's complimentary so I'm not complaining. Yogurt, cereal, bagels, eggs, biscuits, gravy. FruitCheck in was easy and staff was lovelyI didn't know Baxter was even that big, but they have all the box stores close by. Target, Costco, Home Depot, Walmart, Kohls etc. Restaurants also close by sit down and fast food.Tons of parking and greenery for the pups business. There is no restaurat attached. Based on the decription I thought there was an actual restaurant attached. The "bar and grill" is not a restaurant. It's a counter with chips and a few bottles of alcohol. Maybe 3 stools. The "grill" didn't see a grill at all. Maybe some chips hanging from a hook. Overall the stay was good. Would venture back.

Really a great place to bring kids with friends. Water Park was awesome for kids and adults. Slides were fast and fun. Hot tubs were hot and relaxing. The continental breakfast was really good too. Food choices for everyone. Will definitely be returning.Food & drinks: The food and drinks in the pool area was great also. Just wish it was open before noon.

My family and I have been going to the Three Bears Waterpark in Baxter for around 10 years. Our recent visit was a little disappointing to say the least. Ownership has apparently decided profit over maintaining the facility. There are several water features that are not functioning properly, if at all. There are several noticeable rust stains sprinkled throughout the area. The wire framing of the rock feature around the adult hot tub is exposed in several spots where the stucco has broke away. Every single issue is a lack of routine maintenance over several years. It is a shame as this was the waterpark we all enjoyed the most. We will be going to one of the other two places in town for now.

They let the pool area get over crowded, the water park also doesn’t provide a kitty pool so your little ones might get irritated being splashed in the face by the water playgroundsThe arcade doesn’t dispose any tickets for kids to win prizes & half the games are out of order as well. Nice hotel for a quick over night stay but if you’re looking to have more fun for your kids I wouldn’t recommend this specific Holiday Inn
