“I needed a ring sized that I hadn't purchased locally. I went to one jewelry store in Brainerd and what they said they couldn't guarantee they wouldn't damage it by sizing the ring. I the went to Birgit's and was treated so well. They didn't have any reservations about sizing it. It was done In only a couple of days. A day sooner than what they said. I also had a question about purchasing another ring but needed 3 stones. She said she would check and get back to me. She did so within 24 hours. I will definitely be recommending them and using them in the future.”

“Local and family owned. I Worked at a pawn shop for 13 years . Everytime I walked in these guys have been fair. And I was 18 when i first went there. They could have ripped me but didn't . I'm not good with names but Father and son have always been reasonable fair and respectful . And I can guarantee they DON'T buy stolen merchandise on purpose, that would be bad for business.
