If you are a woman don't bother stopping by. They will stand at the door shoving donuts in their face as you walk around trying to look at vehicles you want to buy, have done research on, and as well as have the money for, but will not bother stepping outside to assist you. Thanks for helping me decide to take my business elsewhere.

My car lasted less than a year after buying it from lake country. They refuse to help me with any solutions and told me the car was sold as is so they can’t to anything about it.
I am disappointed to say the least. I would not recommend a friend to purchase from here.

Couldn't get a sales person to help us. Probably due to them only having 9 new vehicles. But still, usually people flock out to you and we couldn't even find one person to help. And yes they were open.

Cally was awesome to work with, she answered all my questions. Cally made my car buying experience quick and easy. Cally’s laid back and no pressure approach made the whole process fun and easy. I am a new customer, and have my vehicle in service. Tomorrow will be 3 days with no vehicle. There has been no phone calls, no updates. I have called multiple times today for long hold times, dropped phone calls, and finally got through and left a message on a voicemail to parts? I have no idea if the vehicle is being worked on, has been looked at. "Managing the customer and their expectations should be one of the top priorities of a service oriented company.
This is far from the great service we had for over 20 years at Luther Toyota in Brooklyn Center, MN. They had excellent communication service. There are a lot of 5 star reviews but they seem to be on the "purchase" of a new vehicle. Spending ~ $50,000 + on a new vehicle should warrant a 5 star experience and there is a lot of drive towards that income. But, what about servicing a vehicle?
- UPDATE on 5/16/2034. I made another attempt at calling today, and found out the reason why they are not calling back. They have my correct phone # in the system. They also had the phone # from my voicemails. But, when the service manager calls me, for some reason, they dial a different phone # every time. Not sure if dyslexia, confusion between 10 key and phone digit layout, etc. In the end I am keeping my 1 star review as you should have a process on failed call attempts to: 1) review the # in the system, use email, have someone else call, etc. The other reason why I am keeping 1 star review is that I called in 4 times, left voicemails, got routed to wrong departments, and several dropped calls after on hold for several minutes.

Corey was efficient and fair. I was in and out of the dealership in 20 minutes with a trade in and new car. After I was given a good hour to test drive and view the new car. No fluf or high pressure tactics.
