Not only do I trust them with my care but I would trust them with anyone I love and after dealing with the other store in town let me tell you that's a huge huge amount of credit they justly deserve. My first experience With them I thought they were the only place in town, I bought a scooter they helped me there was a problem they fixed it before I went to buy it they answered all my questions, over the phone, never impatiently, I swear I called them a 100 times they were always so kind even though I hadn't spent a penny yet. I have Had nothing but excellent customer service When there was an issue they jumped to solve it and it wasn't even their issue, they have bent over backwards to make sure that I was not left without the things I needed. I will never ever look elsewhere, The prices are a fraction of the up charges elsewhere, they're very mindful to make sure they document and understand ALL of your needs to be sure that they don't quick sale you on a temp fix that will cause insurance to deny other long term needed devices you're in th process of getting. They are genuinely there to help, they make it evident their goal is to be sure we are not left without the tools we need to survive with their actions! The true testament is they help even the people that are not their customers yet get the same level of care!!!! I will Never Ever need to look elsewhere, North central has me covered!
