We’ve had a great experience every time we come into this location to do our banking. It’s informal and friendly but they still get the small stuff to big stuff, deposits to loans, done quickly and effectively. They come highly recommended. Very adaptive to the customers needs which is a welcome change from other banks.

I had a check I needed to deposit and I called before making the 2 hour drive to make sure There was someone there able to sign it and they said anyone was able to so I made the 2 hour drive just get told no one was there and they can’t till tomorrow. This was at the Baxter location.

Partially my fault, I realized I had not received bank statements for months. I also then realized my ATM card had expired over a year ago, with no new card sent from MCCU.

Bank pulled my credit from all three agencies in error without need. They then refused to correct the error so now I cannot get the negative marks removed from my credit report. TBNT.

I had a car loan through Members (which they just sold to Regional Acceptance Cooperation). Throughout my loan period with Members, it was a nightmare. They charged quite a bit for online payments and didn't have the capabilities of allowing me to view my statements online with their website, unless I also had a checking/savings account with them. On top of that, they didn't send a a monthly statement by snail mail or Email. So the only way I knew my balance was to call the automated number. The people were not empathetic or kind to deal with, and didn't understand any of my frustrations with their company policies. I wish I would've paid more attention to the workings of this company before I agreed to sign a loan with them. Being young and doing things for the first time has its disadvantages. There are much easier ways of banking that allow payment making stress free!
