This is the BEST credit union ever! We have been doing business with MMFCU for over a decade now. They have helped us purchase personal and work vehicles/business equipment and do home improvement projects on our home! Everyone at MMFCU is very personable whether you drive up or sit down to talk to one of their bankers. Amber Vargo and Scott Antolak have been the two people we have had the most contact with over the years. Both of them very professional, personable, and competent in the work they do! We will continue doing business with them into the future! Highly Recommend!

I've banked here for over 10 years and had multiple loans through mmfcu, and have always had a good experience. Employees are friendly and helpful and respond to issues in a timely manner. Love the convenience of the drive up atm.

I never have had a good experience here. Every single time I have had to change my insurance for my car loan or change the payment type for said loan, they say they “complete” it and “everything is good to go.” I moved out of state, changed insurance and called them right away to get it switched over. They said they received and updated the information so tell me why I receive a letter in the mail saying I don’t have insurance?! I have went to the location multiple times and have called them several times when I moved out of state. Their employees need to be better at handling this information and entering it when they say. If you can, do not have your loan here because the staff are incompetent. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Canceled my card in April didn't send a replacement now card won't work and can't get me a new one for awhile. Suggested I drive to bank everytime I need money. When I need card it doesn't work if it's fraud goes right through no problem. Don't bother trying to buy crypto it will never work.

Can’t afford to having this bank take advantage of me anymore. It’s costing way too much and after nearly 25 years at Mid MN I’m having to switch. Wells Fargo offers $300 for people to switch to them and they’re way more accommodating. MMFCU, workin’ for profit not for people

I've only been into this Mid Minnesota Federal Credit Union location a few times, but both times have been wonderful experiences with awesome customer service and the friendliest of employees. Speaking as a lifelong member, I am consistently pleased with MMFCU's overall operations and would recommend them to anyone looking for a great financial institution! I find that this location is very easy to access and the building is large, clean, and bright.

Best service ever, i had banked elsewhere for years. My previous bank would not give a small loan, mid minnesota gave my 2 loans 1 personal and 1 vehicle loan. I have now transferred all my money to them and will only do business at MMFCU from now on
