Not much good to say. Prices are now higher than most places I frequent. No associate bothered to ask if i needed any assistance. The only chance I'll buy in the future is a really good sale price or clearance. I'm sure other people would agree, and others wouldn't.

Fleet farm used to be my absolute favorite store. Sometimes I would go there just to walk around and feel the vibes. It’s not the same store now. What a shame. Bow hunting opens tomorrow and they didn’t have any screw in tree steps or any of the other things I needed. Plus they completely moved everything around and I don’t know where anything is. I definitely will never come back.they should change the name to something else. They don’t deserve the name fleet farm any more.

Horrible customer service!Purchased a pair of Ariat jeans for $90 and the zipper broke. Simply wanted to exchange them. Well, apparently “every” customer saves ALL the original tags and stickers on jeans as rudely stated by the manager Mr. Olson! He refused to help, not even a simple exchange. Definitely another reason to NOT shop with them!

Hunting? They got it! Fishing? No problem. Farm supplies? Thought you'd never ask! This is a one-stop shop for your outdoor needs. Friendly staff who are always willing to point you in the right direction with the perfect amount of Minnesota nice.

This place is giant they have everything and it is pretty well stocked and organized. I did see a mouse but that comes with the territory if you are housing all that animal feed. Loved the carhartt section especially. The bathrooms were pretty clean I’ve seen better but it did the trick.

How can I not give Fleet Farm a 5 star rating. Between Fleet Farm and Hobby Lobby, just take my money. ? Who needs Walmart, if it's not at Fleet Farm, you probably don't need it. ?

Management is way too lazy to get the key cutting machine calibrated in 4 years. The only local place to get my type of key cut and 4 years later the key machine is still broken. At least 2x I personally have requested a work order to get it repaired at the customer service desk.

Very disappointing that they no longer insert ads in the local newspaper or allow you to sign up for a direct mailing list for paper ads. You can sign up for emailed ads, but if you allow any emails at all from Fleet Farm you will get bombarded with a ridiculous number of emails from them that cannot be stopped unless you unsubscribe from everything. The store is good overall, has a very good selection of fishing and hunting supplies, and is one of the few local places for farm-type supplies, but due to better selection and better prices for the things I need elsewhere, I have found myself shopping at Fleet Farm less and less in recent years, especially since the Mills Family sold the company. Ultimately I feel the name "Fleet Farm" has become somewhat of a misnomer, because the store has gone more into sporting and clothing - whereas it used to focus more on farm, hardware, and building supplies. Their computers for the self checkout lanes do not work nearly as smoothly as the ones in certain other stores. The Fleet Rewards system is okay but nothing special. I have never been impressed with the auto center because prices are simply not competitive. Overall customer service from Fleet Farm is so-so, and that has been my experience throughout my entire life.

I'm sorry to say but Fleet Farm is not the store it once was. Blame the pandemic, supply chain issues, or the change of ownership. The fact of the matter remains the same, Fleet Farm has been consistently understocked and understaffed as of late. There was a time I enjoyed visiting Fleet Farm but I now look online or at other stores in order to avoid a trip there.

Love shopping here because of its assortment of products you just can't find anywhere else in the area.

They used to have a good variety of jeans, brands and sizes but for a while I haven't been able to find the brand or the size I need and I used to be able to come and get it with no problem

Honestly I only go here if I'm getting a gift for my father in law, or someone like that, but they always have just the right thing for him!Staff are usually friendly and helpful, but I do find that I can walk around the store for quite a bit before I see an employee. As long as you know what you want and where to find it, that makes the trip quick.

Great big store with almost anything you need. Quality products and durable goods. Roaming around you may get lost, but there are enough employees helpful enough to help you find what your looking for.

Went here to get a $2 replacement fishing license since the nearby Holiday station does not do them. Got my license and bait! All set!

All the clothing that I buy from here/from Fleet, seems to fall apart shortly after purchasing. Fun place to walk around when you're board or a promising store to visit if you need some last minute items, though they're over priced for a company that's paying their employees a less than livable wage.
