Very busy place. Numerous warning lights came on. Dropped it off but was warned they were booked 4 weeks out. They got it in, diagnosed initial problem and discovered a recall which they remedied as well. Bill came under initial amount. Took a couple weeks no loaner or rental available. Very honest, thorough, and nice. Jessica, Dave, Jim , and the mechanics are A plus.

Came in for a recall appointment on my truck, plus a couple other things I needed checked out. I originally thought it would be a drop-off and pickup later situation, but they told me it’d take about 2 hours. It ended up being closer to 3 or 4, which was totally fine since I didn’t have any plans—and they got everything done in one visit. I was impressed they handled it all the same day. The advisor was understanding, and the staff was friendly throughout. I’ll definitely return if I need more work done.

Monday will be 7 weeks since they have had my car it took 5 weeks in order to get a loaner.. at the point I don’t care what they do to my car, going to another dealership to trade it in.. 2020 crv 50,000 miles. I bought a year ago. The sales team is great I have been a customer since they were tanner Honda.
I dropped my car off December 23rd. 10 am confirmed appt. I live 75 miles away I explained I’d be in town for part of the day and had some errands to run .. dropped car off at 930 . Ran errands. Pulled around 12:30 my car was still parked where I left it
Pretty irritated I asked what the deal was.. they told me they thought I was leaving it there, and because I was leaving it there it wasn’t a priority.. no point did I say I was leaving it there . If they would have been more honest up front this would be different
Apparently my 3 hours of errands wasn’t long enough to hook it up to a computer. If they were behind they should have told me that from the beginning . Instead they made me feel like I was in the wrong. In which I became pissed!
As they have had my car for almost 7 weeks now. Only answers I can get are calling them 20 times with no answer . No one returns calls. I have to literally call the Gm to get some sort of answer. Jim hunter and his customer service is trash, dude should get a different job because customer service doesn’t exist anymore.

Terrible dealership. Tried to buy a used car from Zach who told me three different times over a period of three days that the car had already been sold, or that there was a customer coming in to buy it, so they couldn't promise it would be available to test drive. I was coming from Mpls so it was a 2hr drive for me. Also telling me in the same breath that it wasn't ready for me to test drive yet as it was still going through inspection and detailing. He changed his story three times before I even set out to test drive the car. I couldn't believe the tactics he tried to create desperation to get the car BEFORE I EVEN TEST DROVE IT. He is dishonest and wasted three days of my time. Learned my lesson.

Mills Honda was a great company to work with. After having a bad experience at another local dealership, we were so pleased with the costumer service at Mills. Todd, the salesman that helped us, was incredibly kind, helpful and thorough. We were well taken care of! Prices and trade-in offer were both very fair as well. I can't recommend Mills Honda enough!!!

I purchased my second Honda Ridgeline from this dealership and it was a excellent trouble free experience!! The professionalism and knowledge of Scott the used car manager was outstanding in assisting me to find the perfect vehicle.Also the help and expertise of Jake the technician servicing my new ride. Also another technician Brian's input in answering all my questions.And lastly Jon the parts supervisor for helping choose some accessories and Joseph the business manager for the professional delivery and finding me the extended service contract that fit my needs.The entire operation is a CLASS ACT !! I went in with a trade in and when I walked in, I felt I was set up for failure. They didn't work with me on price, I felt I was being talked down to. The person I started out with bailed with no notification of being gone and I worked with a complete stranger. They under cut me in my trade in via KBB. I work at a school HOURLY and I'm single. . . So, I know I don't have the income like a married couple. I'm working with the cards life has handed me. I'm trying to make it solo!! Thank you for reminding me I can't make it no matter how hard I try. It just broke my heart they wouldn't work with me. They never checked my credit or anything. I walked out in darn near tears and a broken heart again. The service guy who looked at my vehicle needs to work on mannerisms and pull the stick out of his a*** I'm a person. . . Not a dollar sign. I WOULDN'T recommend this business. I really hate being set up for failure.

Got a brand new 2022 Honda Civic in November, since then I’ve had nothing but problems with it, my driver side door gets locked shut with no way to open it and they told me to just wait 2 weeks for service to look at it, and climb through the passenger side until then. The cruise control only likes to work half the time even after cleaning off the censer and camera. Didn’t expect to have this many problems with car that has less than 2,500 miles on it. Would recommend staying away from the 2022 year Civics.

I purchased a vehicle from Mills Honda in Brainerd in 2016 and used their service department for general maintenance and repairs. The first couple of years it was very nice and the staff was friendly. Recently a new service person was hired who obviously didn't like women and started being very rude to me every time I brought my vehicle in. The push button start was going out on my vehicle and we have a after market warranty that we purchased from Mills Honda. That rude service person said that I should just let it be until I got stranded somewhere because he didn't want to deal with the warranty coverage that Mills Honda sold to us. Sad to say things didn't get better. The last straw is when my vehicle was misfiring and the check engine light came on. I brought it to a local mechanic because I was worried about driving all the way to Mills. They diagnosed the problem and suggested that I take it to the dealership because they knew Honda's and their recalls better. I made an appt online which the called and rescheduled because they said they needed more time to fix my vehicle. When I arrived this rude service technician told me exactly what was wrong with my vehicle and that the after market warranty would not cover it. This is all before he even took me keys. Then he told me to keep a wrench and a spark plug in my van so I could fix it myself if it acted up again. Then he pushed my keys toward me and I left. The service Manager called and spoke to my husband to defend his employee that the warranty would not cover it. My husband told him about the wrench and spark plug comment and the manager said he would make it right for us, but then never returned our calls. If you want poor service that treats you badly because they can then this is the place for you. Never going here again. Mills Honda just lost a loyal customer. FYI the after market coverage would fix my vehicle but I guess they don't like dealing with the products they sell.Service: General repairs & maintenance
