Very unhappy with what happened there today! Went in for a fix following a diagnostic report on my issue 2weeks ago. After they fixed the issue the problem still existed and they couldn’t give me a good explanation why.
I am returning tomorrow to hopefully have the problem fixed.

Everyone was very friendly. I was there for 4 hours. I was told the repair could take a long time. The lounge was comfortable with a nice variety of food and drinks to choose from. My car runs so smoothly. I always trust the work done at Honda. Thanks for making the day a really good day!

The service department at Mills Honda is superb. Manager Jim and his staff took great care of me. They fixed my car, then Jim went the extra mile (and then some) to resolve a significant issue created by the sales team. I am very grateful to Jim and his team and highly recommend!

Wow customer service was awesome. He cracked me up as well. Nice to end a day with his attitude. I also observed the team seems to get along fabulously. I've come in before for a battery replacement and the lady who helped me in parts was a rock star as well. I've enjoyed my Mills Honda service from purchasing to maintenance. Mills Honda and their employees, Fred, Timothy, Zayden, our salesperson Connor did a wonderful job locating the vehicle my wife and I had chosen. It was not an easy task, it turns out it was the only one of its kind in the area. Our experience after arriving at the dealership to pick up our Passport was smooth, with all our questions answered. We have had poor experiences with Mills Honda. We bought a used vehicle in 2024, and the process took the entire day. Paperwork was missed and needed to be mailed/emailed after the fact. Communication was poor, and it felt like they would say something and then go back on what they said. They were supposed to clear an error light as a condition of the sale and it turned back on 2 weeks later. We had ongoing issues with the light turning on/off over the next year and had to push for them to cover the actual fix of the problem. They finally fixed the issue and didn't tighten a plug enough. We ended up bringing the vehicle elsewhere to be fixed. I would be hesitant to buy a vehicle here again given the ongoing problems we faced over this past year.

I recently took my car to Mill Honda for an oil change and rear differential service, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. The staff was professional, friendly, and very clear about the maintenance process from start to finish.
