“I have nothing but great things to say about Ryan The Cell Phone Doctor . I had scheduled an appointment over the phone with Best Buy in Baxter to replace the cracked screen on my Galaxy S23 Ultra. When I went to the Baxter Best Buy for my scheduled appointment, I was told, "Oh, well I'm sorry to tell you this, but we are not a certified Samsung repair store. I can call the St cloud store and you can just drive there to have it fixed." I was already upset that I was misled by Best Buy and was not about to drive an hour to another one of their stores. I called Ryan The Cell Phone Doctor, and it was only 2 days from the time I called until my phone was fixed and in my hands again! They ordered the new screen, and when it came in I dropped my phone off and had it back 2 hours later!Amazing repair work, professional, and reasonably priced considering the cost of replacing the phone. I hope I won't need these services again, but if I do I'm absolutely calling these guys!”

“When I was checking out, my credit card was already in pin pad so employee was not able to run an electronic coupon I had received. She suggested I could have it taken care of at customer service. The two women at customer service were so helpful, taking extra steps to show me how to load coupon on my Target App so that I could use it today. They went over and above!”

She asked my friend what she did for work and when my friend told her she works for the USPS Shania informed her of a discount for postal workers. She was able to save my friend money every month and we got accessories for half off that day. I am loving my new galaxy s24+ and my friend is loving the watch she got at a huge discount.”
