I have only gone twice but I have not been pleased by my nails. They don’t clean up your hands, cannot do designs or line work, and don’t do the layers thick enough so the polish is still see through.

I went here to get acrylics and the lady did an amazing job. Then I came back and got the same thing just a different color. The guy that did them made them super thick and cut my fingers multiple times.

They were fun, and very welcoming. Talked me through everything step asking if I liked the shape, color, length, etc. I got a fill with the chrome color that’s why it was on the cheaper side.

SO good! asked for chrome red nails & they did amazing. my mom asked for a snow flake & she free hand painted it perfectly.

The gentleman who did my nails injured me removing my current acrylic nails enough that it was painful and the nailbed was bleeding. He also cut another one super short. They are not even in length. When my nails were almost done I requested a design to cover the blood spot from the injury to which he did not do. He also touched the white tip and got stuff stuck to it and did not clean it off and it is sealed in thr acrylic. Again when done i asked as it was very noticeable. Another worker put a design over it. They charged me full price.. not happy and will not be returning. When paying $60-$70 I expect them to look uniform and nice.

I came here for years, I moved away a year ago and moved back yesterday came in today I needed a new set and I'm SO SO SAD I'll never be back, I paid, but came back in immediately and asked for a refund sadly the owners sat there while I asked the nail tech to stop 3 times and fix them from the start , I asked for my usual stilleto, I showed him a picture and I received bubbled up, short & stubby. Pictures are after he told me to wash my hands so he could paint them.

Had my nails done 1/29/24. Tech cut the skin around my nail beds on all 10 fingers. very painful, completely unsatisfied with the service

This was the worst nail salon ever. If I could give it a negative star I would. I wanted my acrylic nails removed and new ones put on, the nail “tech” then took out a fake nail and shoved it in between my real nail and the acrylic one. He never soaked my nails in anything to help the removal process. He ended up shoving the fake nail in between my real nail and my nail bed. I started bleeding from the force he was using. I left after that and did not get new acrylic nails. He didn’t apologize about making me bleed. WORST NAIL TECH EVER.

I was so disappointed with my pedicure today. The person that started with me never spoke one word to me. Then another tech painted my nails and another applied the top coat. I didn't feel welcome and wasn't thanked when I left. I'm not sure what's happening there. Been there many times before. Just seems like the quality is not what it once was. I won't be back
