I decided to open a new checking account when I drove past the bank the day before. They had an appointment open the next day for me to come in and start the process. When I arrived the next day to open an account I was greeted by a beautiful woman named Jackie who was full of smiles and laughs. She made the entire process so easy, and explained everything in great detail to me. She made the entire experience absolutely wonderful! Thank you so much for everything Jackie 😍

Would recommend you to bank elsewhere. Fees are high and service is terrible. Lots more to say but I’ll leave it at this. Choose a different bank.

My first experience with RiverWood Bank and banker, Paula Coil, reminded me of what a person's bank should represent: relationships around which the work is done. Paula was kind, skillful, knowledgeable, resourceful, and I felt assured that I would not have to ever relive a recent experience of 7 batches of fraudulent entries on my checking account at my past bank over a period of 12 days. Walking into RiverWood in Baxter was like walking into a friendly neighborhood coffee shop. What a nice environment for banking business. And I am more than pleased with the offerings of my new account! Thank you!

We recently opened an account at Riverwood Bank. There had very good rates on the accounts and no fees for their accounts. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would 100% recommend.

Jaime and barb with Riverwood bank was great to work with. They helped us with our initial construction loan so the conversion of that loan to a conventional loan. The process went smooth and they communicated very well with us through the entire process.

Opening a savings account with Paula at Riverwood was quick and easy. Paula was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I had to bring my 2 year old daughter in with me, and Paula and the other employees were so accommodating. My daughter played while I opened the account. She didn't want to leave. The whole experience was wonderful.

RiverWood Bank has been great to work with! They are very knowledgeable and kind. On the commercial lending side, I have been quite happy with what they offer and the relationship that we have developed! The front desk, drive through, and support staff is always friendly and helpful!
