They ordered the screen for my s22 Ultra before any payment taken and was only without my phone for about 4 hours (some of which was giving my phone to someone else to drop off to store and drop back off to me! Screen looks perfect and works awesome! Price was less than quoted at other locations as well! Will be sending anyone that needs repair services in their direction! Thank you for the prompt response and quick repair!

The staff was super friendly, they repaired the shattered screen on my tablet and I was able to pick it back up the next day. I received texts with status updates to let me know when they were working on it and when it was ready. They did a great job on the repair. I would highly Recommend!

I did not take the time to actually go into my texts. I seen the numbers and names and assumed it was good. The older ones had a date of 69....1969 and the texts were blank.Other than that it was great that they got most of the texts off.Extremely polite and helpful. I'm glad this place exists, cuz Verizon was no help at all.

I have nothing but great things to say about Ryan The Cell Phone Doctor . I had scheduled an appointment over the phone with Best Buy in Baxter to replace the cracked screen on my Galaxy S23 Ultra. When I went to the Baxter Best Buy for my scheduled appointment, I was told, "Oh, well I'm sorry to tell you this, but we are not a certified Samsung repair store. I can call the St cloud store and you can just drive there to have it fixed." I was already upset that I was misled by Best Buy and was not about to drive an hour to another one of their stores. I called Ryan The Cell Phone Doctor, and it was only 2 days from the time I called until my phone was fixed and in my hands again! They ordered the new screen, and when it came in I dropped my phone off and had it back 2 hours later!Amazing repair work, professional, and reasonably priced considering the cost of replacing the phone. I hope I won't need these services again, but if I do I'm absolutely calling these guys!

Brought phone in at 11:20am, Alex said “positively done by 3.” At 3:30 he hadn’t started on it yet. I forget his reason why…… It’s nearly 4:30 and the battery is bad…. No way…. Just want phone back! We live 45 minutes away. If you drop off, be aware that promises were made to be broken. I had high hopes, too good to be true. 3% charge for credit cards! Finally done at 4:38

I originally went to get my phone fixed by my phone company. They said it was covered under my insurance, but still cost me $200. They would send it out and I would be without a phone for awhile. I said why do I have insurance then.Went online and found Ryan went to see if they could fix it. I went it to ask if they did it and how much. He said yes they could do it would take 45 minutes to an hour and be under $100. I was in absolute shock and was extremely excited. Hands down amazing service. If you pay for insurance through your phone provider forget it. There are hidden fees. Go to Ryan for a broken screen, back, battery, and so much more.

I had stopped in to get an estimate for screen replacement on an iPad 8th gen. After being told by other companies that they would have to send it out to get fixed, I was in shock when he told me a couple hours. Fantastic! I was so impressed I am now taking my broke Layton to be looked at.Highly recommend, very fast and efficient. Fair pricing.
