“I liked the online application process. Jason reached out to see if I needed anything. Very easy to select a storage unit and set-up payment. I would recommend the KO storage facility.”

“I highly recommend US Storage facility in Baxter, MN. I recently rented a heated storage space to put my Corvette in for the winter. Gene and Lisa are highly knowledgeable and good people. The facility is well maintained and very clean! Google only allows up to 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️??? but I’d give them even more if I could. You will be well taken care of with any of your storage needs at this facility!”

“I will give this four stars for now because I visited once and decided to rent a space there. I haven't even signed the papers yet but I plan on using that space for many years. I couldn't believe how nice the inside of their units are. It's all metal and very clean”

“Stopped in for a look around. Spent an hour. So much to find there. And some awesome hand made industrial sculptures, built by owners husband. I now own one of them. Prices are great, and owners are very nice.”

“My husband & I had been calling around to several storage businesses. When we got ahold of Granite, they were extremely helpful, and didn't request a small fortune to utilize their facility! We're going there 1st thing tomorrow!!”
