I am posting this review because Spectrum horrifically mistreated a good friend of mine. Last week she went to check her email and found out that her email address had been changed without her permission and additionally, all her contacts, files, and medical records were gone. She worked with their technicians for more than 2 days to try to correct this to no avail. Her email address used to be used for a username for various businesses. She can't recover that either. The fact that my friend is also an elderly woman makes this even more horrendous. I am strongly suggesting that not only does she file a complaint with the better Business bureau, but also take any legal action possible. Why was this allowed to happen?! Why aren't they fixing it?! What actions are Spectrum taking to demonstrate that they value her as a customer?! From what I've heard and seen so far, the answer is nothing.

Staff there is rude and unprofessional! They don't want to help you and make you sogn in at the door even if your the only one in the store. Act like they are doing you a favor just to speak to you.

Shanoi Richardson works in the Baxter MN office. He was great. He spent hours making sure everything from my old phone transferred to the new one! He was so kind & patient. I can't say enough!!

I have been going in since February getting the run around on activating my iPad I paid in store in cash then I go in again to fix it they bricked my tablet! And told me to go to Best Buy meanwhile Best Buy told me it will no longer work after what they did. I go back after the manager said he would ship me a new one come to find out they won’t even comp me on my bill or send me a new tablet. I asked to speak to the supervisor and the manager never came back out. Megan just said sorry after she ruined my iPad. Shanoi said don’t pay for service you don’t have I think he would be a better manager.

Very rude and very poor customer service. You can tell they don’t like their job, or respect their work enough to respect their customers at least. Literally didn’t even wait for me to leave the store before laughing and making jokes about me. Ironic they work for the most unreliable internet provider around.

Nothing against the store or it employees, but spectrum as a provider sucks. Be prepared for above average bills, half of the speed you paid for, and outages every couple of days. On a good week you only get one outage(very rare). Terrible connection and scam rates. You will not get what you paid for.
